Update on Reporting System

Remove old Reporting System - Original reporting system removed as it
conflicted with the layout functionality of the test. It was also removed
because it was based on Python game modules which does not allow for the
advanced typography and layout design we need to giving professional reports.

New Reporting System - Currently we are developing a OpenOffice and Microsoft
word template to work as a professional report. We choose this primarily
because the styling and layout potential is easy for our client to use and
modify to their custom needs.

Web Based Reporting system - This idea was originally conceived of in July
and are in the pre-alpha stages of implementing a web based reporting system.
It will be relatively easy to implement when we can successfully take our
single user sqlite database system and turn it into a multi-user mysql
database system that can handle issues and possible packet
collisions.

Updates...

Test Updated: The test has been updated partially based the content we
received from Robert Shapely. We have yet to meet him as a team. We plan to over winter break in order to get his input.
